When I started working at REGINATO about ten years ago, I was particularly amazed by the diversity of the pieces being made. Connecting rods and related by-products, Kinematics, Turbomachinery components, Shafts for Motorcycle Transmission, mechanical parts for steel and its derivatives.  Every time a new job came along, I felt that curiosity and hunger for knowledge, typical of someone who has to make something new and unusual and, even before working on it, already wants to see it finished.

As the years went by, I increasingly realised that our customers were looking to us not only for mere mechanical machining but also for a reliable partner with whom they could work with and grow over time. The realisation that this was the case came from the fact that many of our customers had been relying on us for many years to produce their mechanical parts.

This awareness pushed the company to specialise uniquely and increasingly in the SUBCONTRACTING of mechanical machining.

Subcontracting is not just a simple contract between companies, where one company commissions another company to manufacture parts. However full a contract may be of technical specifications and various clauses, the reality is that the company that is commissioning the work RELIES on the subcontractor and must be confident of the reliability, precision and solidity of the partner.

A Sense of Responsibility is a Fundamental Value.

Deciding to delegate the execution of mechanical work to third parties, without obtaining the necessary information on guarantees, fixed delivery times, etc. etc., puts the commissioning company at great risk.

In this type of relationship there must be the greatest transparency and clarity in communication. Especially if it is a new or not readily available part and there is a need for continuous and immediate consultation between technical departments, you need to be able to count on precise, timely and professionally trained people.

That is why at REGINATO we wanted everyone in the company to be in tune with the idea that:

A sense of responsibility is FUNDAMENTAL on the part of all Reginato employees.

Attention and precision in what is being done must presuppose an awareness, that while we are working, we are using our customer’s resources.

It is easy to understand that it is not only the image and credibility of this company, but also that of the commissioning company that is at stake in this type of relationship.
