There is no denying it, we live in an era where more and more workshops have come onto the market, many of them acquiring technologically advanced machinery, with the overwhelming majority of staff employed as operators with their activities fully remotely managed. It is certainly a sound choice in the majority of cases that may arise in subcontracting, but it is not enough to cover them all.  In fact, it is always difficult to manage the production of parts produced in unit quantities or a little more with even high levels of difficulty, and which may require various processing steps and intermediate passages, or with a complexity of intrinsic mechanical characteristics (e.g. special screws with serrated or trapezoidal threads combined with lead screws, parts made from several hot or cold-assembled components, etc). Even in these times of economic hardship, our company is continuing to thrive, and there is only one secret behind our success:

At Reginato, SPECIALISATION in fact is not only in milling, turning or in the general in MECHANICAL PROCESSING BY CHIP REMOVAL of a part during production. For us, SPECIALISATION is across the entire in-house production process and beyond, in the knowledge and assessment of the element to be worked on, combined with the context of final function, in the ability to work in harmony with our subcontractors (serrations, grinding, lapping, surface treatments, even special coatings) and in the trust and guarantee we enjoy from them derived from decades of collaboration.

Today more than ever there is a need for precision, not just in words but in concrete everyday actions. In Reginato we do what we say and are what we do.

We strongly believe in energy and environmental sustainability, which is why we have steadily adapted the company to the highest standards of safety and reliability. A customer who commissions a part to be machined by Reginato needs to be confident that they will receive it or be able to pick it up without any problems in the agreed manner and time, regardless of what happens.

All our measuring instrumentation is guaranteed by LAT certifications issued by an approved external body. All the equipment used by our workforce is fully registered to guarantee both the worker and the proper productivity of the company.

All production areas are air-conditioned with machines, the majority of which are class A. We are aiming to achieve energy autonomy by 2024 by means of a high-tech photovoltaic system that will allow us to significantly reduce our heating and cooling costs and reduce our environmental impact.

Our intention is also to install a generator set that can act as a guarantor in the event of a major power failure, so that production autonomy can be maintained.

The close cooperation with our subcontractors, all of which are selected and regularly monitored, also allows us to always benefit from the so-called Plan B (i.e. the service guarantee in every situation for our customers) in case of extreme need.

We have an IT and data management system that guarantees the customer a high standard of data assurance.

All production areas are entirely protected by an advanced video surveillance and security service to ensure the safety of the products handled.
