The ability and continuous training of our personnel in the use of all possible solutions for both machinery and equipment is of paramount importance. Competences are developed on several levels:

• Specialist knowledge of reading and interpreting all technical documentation;
• Ability to equip the machine by optimising the most relevant solution (including on safety) for the workpiece;
• Ability to independently select and prepare tools (presetting);
• High machine programming capability;
• Careful and punctual management of all steps of processing;
• Critical ability of production personnel to identify anomalies and/or non-conformities at all steps, both within and outside our scope;

2) Suitable process steps

A specific selection of the production cycle is necessary and decisive for the correct realisation of the product, which has cascading consequences in the identification of the work steps and machinery to be used (it is like a tailor-made suit). No matter how advanced the technology, in some situations it is not enough of a variable to address all the criticalities of an artisanal production

3) Flexibility and speed of delivery
