Reginato respects the communities it interacts with and takes into account the expectations of the various beneficiaries. Reginato is committed to making a strong contribution to environmental protection through the implementation of systems, equipment and services. With this in mind, it places the use of advanced technologies and services at the centre of its activities, allowing for better management of natural resources, a significant reduction in polluting emissions and the greenhouse effect to safeguard our quality of life, while at the same time making a contribution to economic and social progress. Reginato is also committed to providing its customers with information on the environmental impacts of its operations, and designs its production processes to minimise energy consumption and eliminate harmful products in favour of recyclable materials. Furthermore, Reginato is also mindful in assessing the environmental impact in the criteria for making important decisions, and at its production site, it manages environmental impacts in accordance with the rules laid down in the EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) policy.

Health and safety

Reginato is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment at its site, with the same level of quality throughout. This level is defined in the EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) policy and applies to Reginato employees and sub-contractors working on our site or under Reginato’s direction on customer sites. Health and safety risk assessments are in place throughout the site and during project execution. These measures are implemented in conjunction with trade associations, specialised consultancies and competent bodies.

Local policies

Reginato joins the energy-saving initiative. The aim of the initiative is to make people aware of energy savings that can be achieved through simple everyday actions. Reginato is fully committed to improving the environment by raising employees’ awareness of a behavioural style geared towards environmental sustainability, in partnership with local non-profit organisations.

Climate and Energy

We want to have a positive impact on the environment, which is why we are committed to becoming 100% renewable, i.e. to produce as much energy as we consume, from renewable sources such as sun and wind. We are enhancing the energy efficiency of our facility, to consume less energy.

Everyone is entitled to a better life

Our vision of “creating a better everyday life for the majority of people” also concerns co-workers, customers, suppliers and the communities in which they live. Respect for human rights is an integral part of all our activities and the code of conduct for our suppliers
